This policy explains what Allodia collects through allodiacommerce.com and how that information is used.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive the information you submit, such as your name, email address, shop or product URL, and message. We use it to respond, evaluate your project, prevent abuse, and provide requested services.
Studio, uploads and quote requests
Studio text edits and unfinished quote answers are saved in your browser as you work. When you ask Studio to import a shop or product link, that URL is sent to Allodia’s server to read public product information. Imported media may load from the original shop or media host.
Where personal uploads are enabled, adding a logo, header image, photograph or video sends the file to Allodia’s server immediately, before you submit a quote or request a design email. Your browser draft keeps a reference to that uploaded file. The Studio editor shows whether uploads are connected on the preview you are using.
Clearing browser storage removes local drafts; it does not delete uploaded files, saved design versions or submitted requests from the server. Removing a file from a design also does not delete the stored copy. Email hello@allodiacommerce.com to request removal.
When you submit a quote, we store your answers, contact details and chosen Studio design privately on Allodia’s server. Any product catalog file added after submission is stored there too.
New quote requests can use live scheduling through Cal.com and virtual meetings through Google Meet. When you open the booking calendar, we share your name, email address, time zone, request identifier and a short project summary with Cal.com. Cal.com and Google process the booking and meeting information to provide invitations, conflict checks and virtual meetings. We send quote and scheduling emails, including meeting reminders, and check replies to hello@allodiacommerce.com to avoid unnecessary follow-ups. Existing sample requests remain previews. SMS and payments are not connected. We use your contact information for the quote and related scheduling, not marketing messages.
Google Fonts loads the site’s typefaces. Linked catalog images or video may load from the source host. We use first-party, pseudonymous measurement to count visits, Studio openings, design changes and submitted quotes. A random browser identifier lasts 30 days. Measurement records contain no names, email addresses, shop links or design content. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Browser blocking and opt-outs are excluded from these counts.
Saved design links
When you request a design email, we store that version and your email privately. The return link expires after 30 days; anyone with the link can view the design. It does not sign you up for marketing or request a quote. Studio design-email delivery is not connected; its form provides a copyable return link instead. Local browser drafts persist after closing a tab, but clearing site storage removes them.
Uploaded media uses private access links. Anyone with one of these links can view that file while the link works. Media access normally lasts 30 days and can be extended when you save a design or submit it with a quote. Link expiry limits access; it does not mean the stored copy has been deleted.
Technical information
Our server may process IP address, request time, browser information, and security logs needed to operate the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We may use hosting, email, analytics, payment, and infrastructure providers to operate Allodia. They receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their work and are subject to their own privacy obligations.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution. No system is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we control, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. Email hello@allodiacommerce.com.
Children and changes
Allodia is intended for business users and not children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
